The Bibles thought on immigrants

During this time of governmental and civic shift of mindset and policy regarding foreigners, immigrants, and refugees I wanted to take a minute to let the word of God speak. I have compiled a list of passages throughout the Bible's many writings and have placed them here for our examination. While the majority of these passages were written to the ancient Israelites we must remember that God gave Israel command for them to follow so that they could set the example to the rest of the world of how God wanted human communities to function and treat one another. If we ignore their function then we also ignore God's desire for human communities. This list is not exhaustive but it is comprehensive. Each verse is hyperlinked so that you can check my work and explore even further.
